Grant Hohman

Born and raised in Southern California, Grant knows what an amazing location this area is and the lifestyle it provides. Growing up playing Little League Baseball in Westchester, Grant continued playing at St. Bernard’s High School and went on to play at Cal State University Northridge where he graduated with a Masters in Kinesiology. He is a proud father of 2 sons, Austin & Cayden, and his wife, Evette Hohman, is a dedicated school teacher in the Los Angeles Unified School District. Grant enjoys surfing in the South Bay, exploring the communities, and building positive relationships with the people who live there. Through this, he has met and established lifelong connections with an unprecedented work ethic.

Grant is an integral part of his community, coaching his boy’s Little League teams at Neilsen Field in Westchester where he played as a youngster. He believes in supporting his neighbors in order the better the neighborhood around his family. Grant’s knowledge, work ethic, charismatic personality, and enthusiasm for his community is the cornerstone of his character. He believes that working with someone who is trustworthy and that has your best interests in mind is the best way to go when selling or buying your home. Grant embodies this and wants to help you find your forever home. Grant is excited to be a team agent at The Todd Frelinger Group, and a part of the Prime Equity Properties family.
