I can honestly say if we did not choose Grant we would not have gotten the house we wanted. We fell in love with a house that was a short sale (I know... dumb :), but we heard within 24 hrs from the bank because the listing landed in the hands of a banker who knew Grant, and had worked with him before! To say the least He is very well connected! Grant was also able to negotiate 3% back towards the closing cost, and there was enough money left after those costs were covered, that we were able to buy points off the interest rate!! We were first time buyers and Grant helped make it a very smooth and enjoyable process! We have already recommended him to friends, and we will use him again in a heartbeat.

Grant definitely goes the extra mile and has tons of experience. He's an expert in the real estate market because he's been doing this for many years. They successfully sold my house in 2005 and I saved a lot of money. They're paperwork processing, handling of escrow and title company are excellent. I've used them again to sell my current house and I'm grateful for their expertise. Their photographer is exceptional and took amazing photos of my home for the listing, and they even used a drone to take aerial shots. They've negotiated in my behalf with buyers, process loan docs and application quickly and efficiently. I recommend them highly.
