I’m a full-time REALTOR® licensed in Connecticut since 2004 and the Broker/Owner of Greg DeFazio Real Estate.

I work with homeowners and buyers throughout Watertown and surrounding towns, including Middlebury, Woodbury, and Southbury. Over the past two decades, I’ve helped clients navigate multiple market cycles by focusing on strategy, preparation, and clear decision-making rather than hype.

My approach is centered on transparency, realistic expectations, and minimizing unnecessary stress. I believe clients make better decisions when they understand how pricing, timing, and market conditions affect outcomes — especially in today’s more complex market.

In addition to traditional buyers and sellers, I’ve worked extensively with investors across buying, rehabbing, selling, and renting residential properties. Earlier in my career, I was also a licensed Mortgage Originator, which gives me a strong understanding of financing and how lending impacts real estate transactions.
