About Greg

Greg was born, raised, and has spent most of his life living in Kansas City. He grew up in the Northland and graduated from Park Hill High School. After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia, he returned home to obtain a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.

He has been a physical therapist for 25 years, with the past 23 years treating patients at St. Luke’s North Hospital, while specializing in outpatient orthopedic injuries and treatment. As he has observed his wife, Audrey, providing such dedicated commitment to her clients, it motivated him to obtain his real estate license as well. The same qualities that allow him to develop connections and care for his patients, are the same ones that attract him to the real estate profession. It is a natural transition to help him learn what qualities in a home are most important to his clients and their families. His pride and familiarity with Kansas City can also help find the perfect location for anyone looking to move to KC. As he became more familiar with Wardell and Holmes and their reputation for being honest, ethical, and hard-working agents, he was excited to become part of their real estate family. During his free time, he enjoys not only traveling around the country with his wife and children, but also exploring local restaurants, wineries and breweries. He loves playing all sports and supporting the Chiefs, Royals and Sporting KC.
