Greg knows the real estate market in the DC metro area, including Northern VA and MD. His has demonstrated that he knows the real estate law and rules and procedures for transactions. He is available and willing to invest his time in helping me and my wife to find a property that meets our needs. He points out virtues and features of each property when we visit them, but he refrains from trying to persuade or push us into any particular property. We are confident in Greg's ability and believe he will help us to identify a good property for our new residence in Maryland.
