Born and raised in Sarasota, a graduate of the Sarasota County Public School System, strong community involvement, and a large family residing in the area has planted roots for Greg on the Gulf Coast. His native expertise, local connections, and strong negotiation skills are a winning combination for home buyers who are new to the area.

Before coming to Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Greg previously owned an independent real estate brokerage. Greg has received many awards and recognition for his success in both listing and selling residential properties. Greg graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville with a B.A. and Life University in Georgia with a Doctorate.

Greg specializes full time in residential real estate, waterfront properties, golf course communities, new homes, second homes and resort style properties in the Sarasota, Siesta Key and Lakewood Ranch areas. Greg has been certified as a Previews Property Specialist, Relocation Specialist, and Certified Negotiation Specialist. In his free time, Greg enjoys playing tennis and golf.

The Hudsons have three children who help them lead very active lives whether it be at USTA junior tennis tournaments, Sarasota Little League Baseball games, or enjoying time on the golf course. They are proud to support junior tennis, local schools, youth sports and local charity Southeastern Guide Dogs.
