About Greg

Greg Jasper is a Founding Partner at Jasper Cohen CRE. Greg is responsible for managing the Student Housing Team. With over 20 years of real estate and construction experience, he has worked on a variety of real estate projects over his career. He concentrates on the Student Housing space and enjoys sourcing development deals and assisting clients with the acquisition and disposition of their assets. He holds the CCIM Designation.

Greg has helped source almost 5,000 beds of student housing and over 1,500 units of market rate apartments in multiple markets around Texas. He has personally been involved in some of the largest land deals in College Station, assisting with brokerage, entitlements and development for these deals.

Greg received a degree from Texas A&M University and has lived in the Brazos Valley since 1988. He also holds a Broker’s license in the State of Texas. Greg, and his wife of 19 years, Courtney, spend most of their evenings and weekends at baseball and football fields, basketball courts or soccer fields with their three boys.
