A 18-year veteran of the real estate industry, Greg Krome is an award-winning sales associate based out of the Downtown Sarasota office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty and Chapin, SC Coldwell Banker Realty. Having begun his real estate career in Arizona, Greg expanded his business into Georgia in 2016, Florida in 2018, and into South Carolina in 2022. Currently licensed in multiple states, Florida is the location of his primary sales.
Seasoned in all areas of real estate, Greg is proficient in residential, commercial, land sales, flips for profit and investment properties. Additionally, as a short sale specialist, he has experience assisting homeowners in difficult situations. Greg's longevity and confidence are based in his many years of real estate services to many great buyers and sellers. He has built a successful and productive business based on referrals and repeat customers and was even a featured REALTOR® on Fox 10 Phoenix's Arizona Morning show in 2015.
Born and raised in Southern California, Greg earned a bachelor's degree in business from California State Polytechnic University. While working in management and as a business analyst for large corporations such as Staples, Coca-Cola and ADP Inc., he successfully bought and sold real estate for a personal profit. Motivated by his personal achievements, Greg made real estate his full-time career, drawing upon his personal experiences to help others make wise property decisions. Greg is a member of Florida REALTORS®, the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, the Georgia Association of REALTORS® and the West Maricopa Association of REALTORS®.
Outside of the office, Greg enjoys leading an active lifestyle and was a torch runner for the 2002 Salt Lake Olympics. Greg and his family like to spend their time together camping, visiting the beach, swimming, playing basketball, soccer, kayaking, and riding bikes.
