His Story...
Greg was exposed to buying, selling and investing very early in life. He grew up helping his late father remodel a group of investment properties and dreamed of one day, owning a real estate portfolio of his own. In 1995, Greg purchased and remodeled his first house. Dozens of properties and tens of million dollars in transactions later, Greg shares his passion and knowledge by helping clients realize their own real estate dreams.
Before transitioning full-time to real estate, Greg Phillips thrived in the TV news business as an Emmy award winning Investigative Reporter and News Anchor in television markets across the country, including Los Angeles & San Diego. He was fortunate enough to win more than 50 awards for excellence including 13 Emmys and the coveted Edward R. Murrow Award for investigative reporting. Eventually, Greg’s passion for real estate called him home to California. Today, Greg’s drive for excellence, marketing and negotiation skills and critical market knowledge create optimum results for his clients.
