Greg Shelburne

Greg has been involved in real estate since 2004, licensed since 2014, and is a long time resident of Louisville. He has family and friends locally that inspire him to succeed in his life and career. With experience as a real estate investor, volunteer on the PVA tax board and a Realtor, Greg has many skills that aid in the success of his clients.
While attending Eastern Kentucky University, he earned a bachelors degree in Industrial Technology/Architectural CAD. After graduating from EKU he pursued a career in retail operations, where he acquired his communication and customer service skills. These skills enhanced Greg's expertise that benefit his clients in real estate at a very high level.
Greg works with both buyers and sellers and is experienced from high end luxury homes to investment type cash deals.
