Greg Stanley

Greg Stanley and his wife (Michele) are life-long Cincinnati residents and have been married for 39 years they have two children, Matthew 37 and Jessica 32. Greg is partnered in real estate with his son Matthew and his daughter Jessica is a marketing manager specializing in branding and internet marketing.

Greg has a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati. His professional career includes over 30 years in Information Technology sales of software and services with companies such as GE, Deloitte & Touche, The Gartner Group and Teradata.

While enjoying his career in IT Services, his first love has always been real estate. While collaborating with these major companies he also was a home builder of over 18 custom homes and over the years has rehabbed over 40 homes throughout the Tri-state.

After getting his children thru college Greg pursued his life-long dream and obtained his real estate license and worked for Sibcy Cline in Montgomery and six years ago started his own Real Estate brokerage, Stanley Realty, with his son. Over the past 5 years Greg has received sales and service awards from the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors, the National Board of Realtors, Madeira Chamber of Commerce and his most prestigious, 5 Star Realtor Award for the past 5 years running from Cincinnati Magazine, this award is based upon sales volume combined with Customer Satisfaction ratings directly from his previous clients.

Greg loves the real estate business and prides himself on high service levels to buyers and sellers and offers a wealth of knowledge about home construction and remodeling and receives many referrals from previous clients as a result.
