My name is Greg Swoboda and I am the Broker and Team Lead for Berkshire Hathaway North Properties, Eau Claire, Wisconsin. I have lived in the Eau Claire area most of our lives with the exception of the Military and a small stint in Fort Collins Colorado. I know areas of Wisconsin well and originally I grew up in the Boyd area farming, and later in life joined the ARMY from there I graduated from UWEC, all of this has given me a vast knowledge of things which I use to help my clients.
