I was lucky to find Gregg a few months into my new home search in Philadelphia. Third agent was the charm; the first two paid no attention to what I asked for. Gregg had a list for me within days. We went for a well curated tour of homes, which he adjusted to my reactions, and I chose my house that day.
He was always responsive and had or obtained the answers to all my questions. My situation dictated that I relied on him for a lot, and he handled it all with ease. I closed on my new house yesterday and could not be happier with the purchase.
