As a local real estate professional in Southern California, Gregory served as a managing partner of Shoreline Financial Group as one of the top producing mortgage consultants. After several years, Gregory was seeking a challenge and made the decision to begin his own real estate firm. In 2008, he left Shoreline Financial Group to embark on creating a real estate model based on the simple philosophy of leading the market by example. Shortly thereafter, Moser Realty Group was established and began operations in North San Diego County. Moser Realty Group was designed to operate as a full-service real estate and escrow office, which specializes in distressed property sales and buyer representation.
When beginning Moser Realty Group over thirteen years ago, Gregory envisioned the future of the company as becoming the driving force in the real estate arena. Unlike many Realtors during that time period, Gregory’s principles were based on providing his clients with professional advice based on a proven track record and most importantly, making the client his number one priority.
During the unfortunate economic downturn of the real estate market, Gregory persevered and continued to assist distressed homeowners to negotiate successful sales. Working as a premier agent with reputable banks such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and JP Morgan Chase, Gregory has successfully negotiated over 200 short sales to date. In addition, he continues to assist in the process of making several of his previous and new clients into proud homeowners by providing opportunities for reentrance into today’s market.
