Purchasing my first home was a huge milestone, and I can honestly say I wouldn't have made it through the process without Greg. From the very beginning and through the whole journey, Greg became more than just a realtor—he was a guide, an advocate, and at times, a much-needed voice of reassurance.

What stood out most was his genuine care and dedication. Greg took the time to understand exactly what me and my family were looking for, always making us feel like a priority. Every showing, every question (and we had a lot!), every late-night text/email— Greg handled it all with patience, professionalism, and kindness.

There were moments that felt overwhelming but Greg’s reassurance and clear expertise made the process not only manageable but exciting. He went above and beyond to ensure we understood each step, never pressuring, always giving honest advice, and fighting for our best interests.

I met Greg at an open house and clicked with him immediately. Working with him was wonderful. He listened to my wants and showed me properties with this in mind. If I happened to see something I thought looked interesting he got me in them to see. He was very good at pointing things out to me both the positive and negative as we viewed properties knowing my needs. Once we were under contract with a property he helped me by referring an inspector, Title company and insurance company. I was please with all of them. He made this transaction seamless and very easy.
I would highly recommend Greg for your real estate needs.

Greg was so amazing to work with. We were out of town clients who were buying our first home. We knew NOTHING about buying a house. Greg helped us every step of the way and even found us a great mortgage broker to work with as well. He was there through every step and was available to us at the drop of a hat. Greg is outstanding. He was incredibly helpful and flexible with us in our home buying adventure. We lived approx. an hour away from the locations we were looking and he was very helpful in setting up times for us to view homes. We really wanted to look at a house that was just coming on the market but our schedule wouldn't allow us to see it for a few days. Greg set up a time for us to watch him do a walk through of the house on Facetime so we could still see it when it first came on the market. I can't say enough good things about Greg. He truly goes the extra mile to make sure you have the best buying experience possible.

Greg went above and beyond to help me sell my home in New Brighton. No matter how stressed I got, Greg was calm and patient. His manner is perfect for what he does. In 48 hours, we had numerous interests and two offers. He helped me make the tough decision in settling the right price on the house; it sold very quickly.
