Greta McLaughlin

Greta Mclaughlin embodies integrity, initiative and hard work balanced with creativity to deliver a successful Real Estate transaction to each of her clients. Greta grew up in Huntington NY and earned her degree in marketing and merchandising from the Tobe-Coburn School in Manhattan.

Greta’s expertise and attention to detail enables her to expediently pinpoint what each homeowner can do to enhance their home to market at a minimal yet accurate cost which maximizes their sale and net gain in a very short period of time. Greta not only has the capacity to help clients buy or sell homes, she most often guides them in pre and post sale renovations or updates. She also consults on behalf of other professionals in her industry to help their clients properly get their homes to market. She is not only highly trusted by her own clients but by her peers as well.

Prior to graduation she was recruited to work for the world renowned Haute couture Designer Oscar De La Renta. She was rapidly promoted to National Sales Representative and traveled the United States for the designer in search of trends as well as maintaining and building influential clientele until she started her family.
While raising her two beautiful daughters she kept extremely busy with community service as well as volunteering at school in the capacity of PTA VP, Family Service League, Project Nicaragua and Smile Train.
Eventually Greta started her home consulting business which was geared towards helping homeowners update their homes whether it lie picking paint colors or general contracting a complete renovation. This was a natural segue for Greta to enter the Real Estate industry. In 2013 Greta was awarded “Rookie of the Year" by Signature Premier Properties. In 2017 Long Island Business News presented her with the “Rising Star" award.

As a lifelong native of Long Island, Greta loves the diversity and access to culture as well as the best beaches and restaurants the region has to offer. Her off hours passions include her family and friends and dog, World travel (follow her on IG @GretaMcLaughlin).
