GRETCHEN WAS WONDERFUL!

This process can be very overwhelming, and she was able to make the stress almost non-existent for me! She came highly recommended to me and I'm so glad we connected. She communicates with you regularly and answers any questions you may have quickly. She explained each step and guided me along the way....I appreciated it so much since I was selling the home i grew up in ( and I was very emotional). Because of Gretchen's advice about doing some upgrades, her knowledge about the market/neighborhood and her years of experience, we were under contract in a few days.

We've had the best home buying and selling experience with Gretchen Conley. Gretchen has over 20 years of real estate experience and has in-depth knowledge in many aspects of Maryland real estate. We first met Gretchen in 2018 when we purchased our first home. Not only is she a wealth of valuable information, but she really takes the time to listen to you as her client so that she can help you find the home that best suits your needs and wants. As first-time homebuyers in 2018, she really took the time to prioritize our specific needs and really helped walk us through the homebuying process. The process can be very overwhelming, and she was able to help lessen the stress and worries of first-time homebuying. In 2021, we decided to sale our home due to job relocation. We called Gretchen for help with selling our home and she really helped relieve the stress of selling our home. She has great marketing skills as our home was on the market for a little less than 24 hours before we accepted an offer and were under contract. Furthermore, she communicates with you regularly and answers any questions you may have regarding the homebuying or selling process, whether it be via phone call, text message, and/or email. No question is too small or too big for her. If she does not have the information readily available, she will always do her research and follow-up with you on topics you inquire about. What we love most about Gretchen is that she is very personable, trustworthy, honest, and transparent. You can trust that she has your best interest in mind and not just a realtor that will let you purchase just any home. She takes the time to really access properties with you so that you can make the best decision for you and your family. We really enjoyed working with Gretchen on the sale of our condo. She was a great listener and gave insightful advice on market conditions. Gretchen listed our property well. We felt that the things that we liked about our condo really came through when she described the property in the listing. And she did an excellent job staging the property, which really showcased its curb appeal.
