If you want a raw, honest, hard-hitting, no-nonsense agent, Gretchen Kelley is the standard.

I am not what you'd typically think of a home buyer. I had a very specific vision for our home in Western Pennsylvania and Gretchen not only entertained my quirky search, but whole heartedly encouraged me. There was nowhere she would not go. Even when we conducted our search from out of state, Gretchen toured houses and brought me along virtually pointing out key features she knew were a deal maker or a deal breaker.

She was also my voice of reason when my heart said yes, but the risks said no no no.

In the end, with the right amount of risk, she got us into our dream home that checked every single box during a time when houses were going fast. Not only that but our offer was accepted AT ASKING. Not a penny more.

Nine months later and I would do it all again with Gretchen Kelley. Thank you!!!!

Gretchen was an absolute delight to deal with. Very down to earth while at the same time super knowledgeable about the area. I even had the pleasure of meeting her husband who came to look at the building we bought, because of the size and architecture. He was also a fantastic guy with great insight. I would have an extremely hard time believing there is a better realtor in the Beaver area. Go with Gretchen, you will get top notch attention, care, and guidance.
