Gretchen is an exceptional Real Estate agent. She worked diligently to find a buyer for my home in Genoa, Nevada, holding open houses, keeping me abreast of market conditions, explaining inspections and paperwork. All this contributed to a very successful close and getting us top dollar.

She also found my husband and I our dream home. She listened to our concerns, our wants, needs, showed us homes on a moments notice, and she successfully helped us find and close our new home seamlessly. She was present at all inspections, answering any concerns we had, and explained all title and escrow paperworks.
