When you meet Gretchen, she will tell you, "I was born to sell real estate." With a big smile and a warm "Hey Y'all," you can see that she has the heart to serve.
As a child, Gretchen was able to see every nook and cranny of Greater Atlanta as her mother's sidekick. Following in her mother's footsteps and having an obsession for houses, Gretchen jumped into real estate with both feet. She has sold homes from Gainesville to Midtown, Jefferson to Decatur, to Lake Martin to Auburn, AL, and everywhere in between.
When Gretchen isn't heading to a listing appointment, or showing a home, you will find her spending time with family, knitting, or enjoying a glass of sweet tea.
Gretchen is the 2019 Georgia Women's Council of REALTORS® Member of the Year. She is currently serving as 2020 Georgia Women's Council of REALTORS® Secretary, 2020 NAMAR Director, and 2020 Georgia Association of REALTORS® Director.
Gretchen is a Certified Residential Specialist, the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents. She also has earned the Performance Management Network designation, which focuses on negotiation strategies, networking and referrals, business planning, personal performance management, and leadership development.
