My husband and I are so happy we found The Lopez Group! Jenni and Gustavo are such a wonderful team and so easy to work with. They are very responsive and work quickly to help the home selling and buying process progress smoothly. They helped us purchase our first home and when we were ready to sell that home, they were there to help us. It was a seamless process and they took all of the pressure and stress off of us by giving us a detailed timeline to work from. They had professional photos taken of our home, which is so important! They helped us to find our new home, while selling our first house and we are now living in our dream house! When we first started looking for homes we were nervous to find a realtor who would be honest and trustworthy, looking out for our best interest, rather than just trying to sell another home. We just happen to find The Lopez Group and we are thankful we did. Jenni and Gustavo are honest and truly want the best for their clients. We will always highly recommend them.

Gustavo and Jenni are great realtors. Even in a sellers market, they made sure that we ended up in the right home.

They are very detailed, verifying everything from (HOA/melloroos) monthly dues, and even pointing out things that show whether work was done by professionals or likely the owner.

Then they take the further step to show you the turn offs to some homes, just to make sure you were aware and informed. Like pointing out the proximity of the Chula Vista dump or the semi truck DMV in El cajon. Both homes we passed on. Good thing cause we ended up with something better.

I join the other reviewers in HIGHLY recommending Gustavo and Jenni. We moved to the San Diego area from NY in January '19 and didn't know a soul. We also had no understanding of the housing market here since it is very different from where we come from. Gustavo and Jenni offered to meet with me with absolutely no commitment on my part so that I could pick their brains a bit about what it takes to buy a home in the area. They spent two hours with me. At the end of two hours not only did I feel much more informed; I felt like I just made two new friends. If you chose to work with them, you'll see what I mean. They genuinely care about their clients. Even though we were looking for modestly priced housing, Gustavo and Jenni treated us like the most important clients in the world. They went out of their way to show us properties on our schedule, handled all the "heavy-lifting" of negotiating a deal for us. After our offer was accepted, their team flawlessly guided us through the escrow process. They were never too busy, too big, too whatever to stop and help us. They know their stuff and they are just really, really good people. The icing on the cake: The day we closed on our beautiful new home, Jenni came over and helped me clean because the cleaners that were hired didn't do the job to her high standards. You don't clean someone's bathroom if you don't care about that someone. I give them 100 stars.

They also navigated us through the challenge of both selling and buying in a short window of time, so that we did no need to move to an apartment, while we looked and secured a new home.
