Guy Chanda

Guy Chanda is an accomplished real estate broker with expertise in residential and commercial property sales and leasing. Raised in Cupertino, California, as the youngest of seven children, he cultivated a strong work ethic and a passion for soccer, cycling, and hiking. Mr. Chanda earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University and began his career at a Fortune 200 company. He later relocated to Spain, where he collaborated with multinational corporations to facilitate seminars for their expansion into the U.S. market. During this period, he completed a Master’s degree in International Commerce at ISEAD in Spain.While in Spain, Mr. Chanda met his wife, Jamile, and in 1998, they settled in Aptos, California. He accepted a position as a mathematics instructor at Willow Glen High School in San Jose, having earned a Single Subject Teaching Credential from San Jose State University. With over a decade of teaching experience, he developed exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, which he now applies to his real estate practice.With 24 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent and broker, Mr. Chanda is recognized for his comprehensive service, integrity, and market expertise.
