Guy Jones has helped me buy or sell 4 different homes and she is the absolute best at what she does. She is an excellent researcher and helps you get the full value out of your home. She suggested simple upgrades and hired a photographer that made our home show like a jewel.

She also helped me find a home during the Covid-19 pandemic at a time when very few homes were on the market. She actually knocked on doors and convinced sellers who had taken their home off the market to put it back on. Once it was back on the market, she had me there for a viewing before the lockbox was installed and I had an offer submitted in just 12 hours after going on the market. This home was perfect for me and my two children and she knew it - I'm writing this review from the comfort of my home office right now.

I would recommend Guy to anyone for top notch, attentive service. When it comes to real estate she's a bulldog, and I'm 100% certain I was only able to buy this house due to her persistence. She's also kind and patient, and helps explain the next steps in the buying or selling process if things get complicated.

Funny, you know how I met her? She was taking a drive through my previous neighborhood and stopped to ask me questions on behalf of another client of hers. Based on her questions, I knew that if I ever wanted to buy a home, she would be my agent. And now she has helped me buy two homes and sell two homes. I am so grateful for that random meeting.
