Ha Smith

Ha Smith graduated at Texas Tech University in Computer Science in 1985. She worked in the computer industry for nearly 20 years. When the technology sector collapsed and the company down sized leaving her unemployed, she decided to invest in real estate. She attended many real estate seminars and earned her Texas real estate license in 2004 and then her broker license shortly afterward.
She combined her technical analysis, detail oriented skills in engineering and real estate investments strategies to provide the most common sense approach to identify the best real estate investments for all clients based on their needs and requirements.
Having owned and operated both residential and commercial properties for years, she has hands on experiences from acquisition, improvement, property management, maintenance to disposition. She constantly watch the market cycles, learning new ideas, trends, incoming /outgoing real estate laws to help serve her investments and her clients better.
