Originally from Chico, California, Haley grew up on an almond ranch experiencing the power of entrepreneurship and a strong work ethic. After graduating with a business degree and an MBA, she began her career in pharmaceutical and medical device sales, during which she developed many of the qualities real estate clients look for in their dream agent: critical thinking skills, strategic thinking, contractual comprehension, and the knowledge that all clients are different from one another--and treating them as such.

Part of Haley’s attraction to real estate was the desire to spend more time with her daughter, and that emphasis on family makes her an empathetic agent—as well as a friend and mentor—to her clients. Her care, intelligence, and kindness are balanced by her strong drive and tenacity, giving clients the guidance, they need and the results they want.

In addition to the joy of spending time with her daughter, Haley also enjoys wine tasting, traveling, and sewing. Haley is the Team Lead of Haws Group Real Estate and Broker Associate at Real Broker.
