Haley Lyman

A Columbus native, Haley is a licensed in Georgia and currently works as a Commercial Sales and Leasing advisor with Coldwell Banker Commercial- Kennon, Parker, Duncan, & Davis. Awarded the “Top Marketing Student by D. Abbott Turner School of Business,” Haley graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbus State University School of Business in 2012. Her passion for business and entrepreneurship led her to the commercial real estate industry in 2016. She has extensive experience working with investors and small to midsize businesses throughout all phases of the real estate sales and development process. Haley recognizes the importance of community development through responsible real estate investment after previously spending two years working with a community development company as a project manager and director of business development. With this mindset Haley’s goal has been the same: creating value, while strengthening neighborhoods through the built environment. In her spare time, Haley currently serves on the board of directors for the Historic District Preservation Society and enjoys being active with her partner Ben and young son Bo.
