Raised in rural Missouri, Louisiana, and the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, Haley developed a strong work ethic rooted in faith, family, and community. Inspired by hardworking parents—her father, a farmer, and her mother, who worked her way from housekeeping into management—she learned early the values of integrity, compassion, and perseverance, principles that continue to guide her business today.

Before real estate, Haley built her career in hospitality at the renowned Vail ski resorts before advancing into human resources with a respected custom home builder. Those experiences sharpened her communication, negotiation, and client service skills while giving her valuable insight into the homebuilding industry. She is fluent in English and communicates confidently in Spanish.

In 2003, Haley and her husband relocated to Las Vegas with their three children and purchased their first home after years of renting. That milestone sparked a passion for helping others experience the confidence, freedom, and wealth-building opportunities that come with owning a home.
