Raised between the small rural farm town of Missouri, the southern charming area of Louisiana, and relocating to the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado, Haley embraces the diverse values of hard work, southern hospitality, and community from her varied upbringing. Rooted in a family that exemplified perseverance—her father a farmer and her mother working in housekeeping and advancing into management—Haley learned early the value of discipline, empathy, and integrity. Those lessons shaped her approach to service, leadership, and business.

She began her professional path in hospitality, refining her guest-focused skills at the prestigious Vail Ski Resort hotels, followed by a rewarding tenure with a prominent custom home builder, where she advanced from executive assistant to serving as the company’s human resources and benefits representative. Haley is fluent in English with strong Spanish communication skills.

In 2003, Haley and her husband made the heartfelt decision to relocate to Las Vegas, Nevada, to provide greater stability and opportunity for their three young children. After years of renting, they purchased their first home—a moment that transformed Haley’s understanding of financial empowerment and ignited her mission to help others achieve the same independence.
