You couldn't find a better Realtor than Haley. From day one she has been extremely enthusiastic, helpful and available to deal with all of our issues! She helped us navigate thru our first home selling experience which was so easy with her on our team! The beautiful pictures and detailed descriptions that she used to list our home helped to get it sold with just 2 days on the market! Haley is the best, we would definitely recommend her to anyone! In November 2014 she helped us buy our first home and she helped us every step of the way. She worked so hard with the seller to get the house to the right price for us and was patient with us while we were house hunting. When we found a house we wanted to see, she worked fast and would have an appointment set up for us by the next day, sometimes even the same day. Haley was considerate, honest, and thorough.

Highly likely to recommend 05/21/2012 - H & M Lynd Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Clinton, UT. We had awesome dealings with Haley. She was open to what we needed and wanted and very responsive when we had questions. We were forced to move due to medical issues but were not able to sell our house due to the down market - we were unable to drop the price low enough. However, she suggested that we try to rent our house and provided contacts to accomplish it. We were able to get renters in right away. Haley located the perfect house for us and it met all our requirements and is in a great location for us. She negotiated a great price and was not afraid to get tough when it was needed. We were able to get an awesome interest rate and love our house. When we decide to sell our old house we are going straight to Haley because she is the best.

This was my first time buying a home, and she was able to put me in an amazing home for my price range, and it only took about one month. She was also able to get me a great deal on the house. Next time I or a friend are shopping for a home or investment property, I will definitely give Haley my first call. We were shopping for a home in an area 60 miles South or her neck of the woods and she still bent over backwards to get us the best deal for our family's home. My husband and I decided to look into buying a home after apartment shopping for a 2+ bedroom. We realized we could potentially have a mortgage for the same price as rent. Our process started at a mortgage lender who pre-qualified us for a loan and recommended a realtor, Haley Peacock. We contacted Haley a couple days later and arranged a time to meet. Prior to meeting, Haley asked us to send her a list of a few homes we were interested in as well as any specific criteria we wanted in our future nest. Meeting with Haley was refreshing and exciting. Haley had looked into the homes we sent over, found additional homes we might be interested in, and provided great insight into the home buying process. Within a day or two we were touring homes with Haley and refining our vision for our future home. Haley listened to our worries and concerns about the homes we toured and refined the homes she presented us based on our feedback. We really appreciated that Haley actually listened to us rather than showing us what she thought we wanted. After touring homes a couple times we were ready to make an offer, we were anxious to find the perfect home in a hurry as our first child was due in 2 months. Again, meeting with Haley to complete the offer paperwork was refreshing and exciting. Haley knows so much about the home buying process and was able to answer every questions we had as first-time home buyers. Soon Haley shared the great news that our offer was accepted and continued to provide answers to questions and worries. Haley impressed us in many different ways. Upon request, she provided recommendations for home insurance, an inspector, warranty coverage, title company, etc. Haley has a great network of individuals who enjoy working with her and who are equally great to work with. Haley made sure we received the best price possible on our home as well as the greatest value for our money. Haley attended our home inspection, closing, and personally delivered the keys to our first home. She was with us every step of the way and provided calm confidence throughout the process of buying a home. We moved into our home and two short weeks later brought our son home. We feel confident that we made a great choice in buying the home we did and owe a great deal to Haley for helping us throughout the process.
