Haley Zahren

Haley Zahren is strongly motivated by challenges and learning opportunities. It’s no surprise that her entry into the real estate world was spurred in part by a less-than-stellar experience she had with an agent. The experience challenged Haley to become an agent and offer her clients service that meets her own high expectations. As your Realtor, Haley will take personal satisfaction in serving you to the best of her abilities. She will transform what can be a very stressful decision into an informative, fun, and smooth process.

Haley Zahren has always been self-motivated and very detail oriented. She has lived in Sioux City since 2010. She's worked in sales and marketing since 2018, focusing on long-term relationships to create repeat and happy customers. Haley graduated from Morningside College with a Bachelor’s in science and a minor in business. Her combination of personality, education, and practical experience give Haley the skills to protect clients, help them find the best deals, and bargain while providing valuable insight into marketing properties.

Haley Zahren’s earliest career aspiration in elementary school was to become a veterinarian. Although her career path changed, her love of animals continued to grow.

She is a proud owner of an energetic German Shepherd and two friendly cats. Her love of horses and desire to help others connect in volunteer work for the Special Troopers Adaptive Riding School (STARS). Her dream is to be a successful business owner, to make a difference in the lives of others, and to have a family acreage. She enjoys having laughs with her family and friends, doing anything from grilling out and bonfires to cards and puzzles.

Along with caring for her animals, Haley’s hobbies include home improvement, slow-pitch softball, sand volleyball, and traveling. Some of her favorite places she’s traveled to are Australia, Jamaica, and Mexico.
