Hanah is an outstanding realtor. I have owned multiple homes over the past 40 years and she is by far the best agent I have had. While she is young, she has a full arsenal of tools for buying or selling a home that she uses very effectively. She invests in her clients substantially when she represents the seller, providing assessments and research that guide you to the right listing price. I could not have sold my house without Hanah! She’s fantastic!! Selling our home was so easy and smooth. She staged our home beautifully and had one of the best photographers come and take gorgeous photos. The market was slow when we listed our home but because she did such a great job with the marketing we had people flocking to our house. We ended up getting more than what we asked for and I know it was because of Hanah’s hard work. She truly is the best!

I would highly recommend Hanah as a seller's agent. I am the administrator of my aunt's estate and had to sell her Virginia house while living in Florida. When I met Hanah, she was highly energetic and enthusiastic and remained that way through the whole process. Hanah went well above and beyond what would normally be expected. She did a lot of the groundwork getting the house ready to show that the owner would normally be expected to do. Since it was an estate situation, I also had to remove all of the personal property from the house. She posted a number of items on Facebook Marketplace and helped facilitate the sale of much of the personal property for me. When we had an interested buyer who was also looking at another property, Hanah went to work convincing them why this house would be the best value for them. She almost always responded to texts and calls within a few minutes if not immediately. I can't say enough about lucky I was to have found her and fortunate to have had her as my seller's agent. Six months to a year ago, houses were selling themselves, but in this downturn market it is vital to have the right agent working for you.

We worked with Hanah earlier this year when we decided to purchase a home as first time buyers. She was thorough in explaining the process and was always available for questions. She got right to work searching for properties but also encouraged us to look on our own and send her whatever leads we encountered. She was patient as we worked through the various aspects of home buying and as we figured out what worked best for our family. We ultimately decided to back out of a contract and wait a little longer to purchase but are grateful that she is the one who guided us from beginning to end. Hanah is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. We were moving to the area from out of state, and at first had no idea of where we wanted to buy a home. She helped us with great suggestions on general locations and styles of homes to meet our budget, commute, wants and needs.

Hanah has a very keen eye and is an very knowledgeable at various construction and renovation work, etc. She worked tirelessly doing countless virtual tours with us, making excellent comments on the details of each home, to help us be aware of everything, since we weren’t able to be there in person to see for ourselves.

She fought and negotiated extremely well during the intense seller’s market and was able to succeed in getting our offer accepted on the home we purchased and now love! I can’t thank Hanah enough for all the time and hard work she spent helping us.

To say Hanah is THE BEST realtor you will ever work with is an understatement. This market is the ultimate test for a realtor and she passed with flying colors. Not only because she helped us find a great house in our preferred neighborhood, and within our budget (no easy task these days), but mainly because she made the process easier and may I dare say, even enjoyable. Hanah is attentive, listens to your needs and is very patient. When you are her client you have nothing to worry about. Nothing gets past her. She has your back and will never let you get into a deal that is not good for you. Finding a home that fits YOUR needs is her priority. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Hanah for anything real estate wise and even more! Hanah helped lead us in the right direction when we were looking for a home to buy. Hanah has helped our family buy and sell two homes, she is by far the best agent we have ever worked with. We interviewed several but knew she was the right fit after meeting with her. She is very responsive, knowledgeable and cares for her clients. She never rushed us to make a decision, she made sure we were buying the right home and her negotiation skills got us an amazing deal.

She also has a huge network, and was able to sell our departure home in 48 hours, we didn’t even have to go on the Market.
