With nearly a decade of experience selling residential real estate in the DC metro area, Hannah specializes in helping her clients translate their vision into a customized real estate plan. Real estate sales are not about buying and selling houses; they are about a strategic plan to build wealth and reach her clients’ non-monetary goals. She helps her clients break down their home sale or purchase into goals, lifestyle, priorities, and next steps. Her MBA program at the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business taught her to deconstruct problems, developed her critical thinking skills, and trained her to look for the optimal solution for problems given constraints.
Hannah’s main focus is helping sellers renovate and stage their homes to get the best outcome for their personal needs. She advocates for her clients to achieve their goals, who trust her to act on their behalf to organize renovations, hire contractors, and oversee design choices. She is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor and a strong negotiator, who pays great attention to detail. Hannah has a strong network of talented lenders, home inspectors, stagers, photographers, and contractors to assist her clients through each step of the real estate process.
As well as helping to rescue clients’ wealth, Hannah’s passion is to rescue dogs — Dobermans in particular. She is the President of the Board of Directors and the Foster Home Coordinator at Doberman Assistance, Rescue, and Education (DAR&E), our local area Doberman rescue. They serve all of MD, DC, VA, eastern WV, and southern PA. She gives both her time and a financial contribution per real estate sale to Doberman Assistance, Rescue, and Education.
Hannah loves spending time with her Doberman, Otto Leopold, a happy and active boy. She is also a weekend warrior and DIYer, always taking on a new renovation project. She enjoys metal music, and you can find her at the best local shows. She loves to try new international cuisines at the best new brunch and wine spots in town.
