Hi, I’m Hannah Shires, a proud North Carolina native and Realtor serving both North and South Carolina.

I was born and raised in Rutherford County, NC, where my love for community, family, and home truly began. Although I now live just over the border in Upstate South Carolina, Rutherford County will always be home to me. With much of my family still there and deep roots in the area, I remain closely connected to the community and am grateful to continue serving clients there while also helping families across the Upstate. Having lived in both North and South Carolina, I am well versed in relocation and feel I have an advantage to share what it's like living in either state from a personal experience.

Living and working between the two states has allowed me to naturally bridge the gap for buyers and sellers relocating throughout Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina. Whether someone is moving across town or across the state line, I love helping people navigate the process with confidence.
