Hannah Smith

Growing up in Delaware County, Hannah knew she was destined for the city. She studied in Pittsburgh and in Rome, then immediately got an apartment in Philadelphia when she moved home from college. Living all over the city has given Hannah a real taste of what Philadelphia has to offer. From Fairmount to South Philly, Graduate Hospital to East Kensington, Passyunk Square to Port Richmond, Hannah made herself a nest in each of these diverse neighborhoods before deciding to purchase her first home in Fishtown in 2018. The experience of buying and fixing up a 100 year old house inspired Hannah to help others achieve their goal of building wealth through real estate ownership.

Her 10 years of experience in the special event industry allows Hannah to think quickly on her feet and be her clients' biggest advocate. Catch her seeing live music, sweating it out at the kickboxing studio, or soaking up sun and tossing frisbees at Penn Treaty Park with her rescue pup, Stella B.
