Hans Haedelt was born in Conakry, Guinea, and currently lives in Naples, FL. He represents buyers, sellers, and investors in luxury residential real estate and commercial real estate all over South Florida, with an emphasis on Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Ft. Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva.
Having spent his childhood in countries all over the world, including West Africa, Chile, Argentina, and Jamaica, Hans knows other ways of being and connecting – he is fluent in both English and German. From the time he was a kid, he had a passion for music, and he made a career for himself in the music industry, rising to Senior VP of A&R at MCA Records, signing bands, and making records as he moved up. Hans left in 2003 to pursue a career in real estate.

His 16-year tenure as a top-producing realtor paired with the powerhouse technology and client services at Compass lends him a competitive edge, which he uses to serve clients beyond the traditional or ordinary. Honesty and integrity are at the core of everything he does, and it shows – with a mission rooted in building lifelong relationships, some of his clients are now very close friends, and others are akin to family.
