Harijs is not only a highly competent, knowledgable and experienced real-estate agent, he is also a wonderful person! Working with him was a dream and I can't imagine how I could have ever found an apartment without him. Not only did he help me find a place that was exactly what I was looking for, he also made sure that all the documents were correct so that I would not have any unpleasant surprises later. He was great at giving advice and pointing things out about apartments that I myself would not have noticed or thought of. He helped me make a decision that was best for me and my circumstances - there was never any pressure, just genuine support throughout the whole process (we viewed more than 20 apartments until I found the perfect one!). It was great working with a very competent agent that is also kind and understanding. I highly recommend him if you are looking to either rent or buy!
