About Harold

I have been a full time Realtor for more than 35 years. I graduated from The Webb School and then received my BA from The University of Virginia.

I joined my father's firm, Tom Segroves Realty and Auction Company in 1977. In 1980 I purchased the firm and in 1986 I affiliated with Coldwell Banker.

I am a fully licensed auctioneer. I love selling property at auction. I also enjoy my long relationship with a few charitable auctions. I have done the Sportsmen and Businessmen's Club of Coffee County for 20 years. Each year it raises more than $100,000.

I have also done The Webb School's fundraising auction as well as Bedford County's Habitat for Humanity Auction.

My specialties in real estate involve commercial property , natural resource properties, and farm land. I also enjoy taking the lead on developement, rezoning, and permiting.

I place a high value on working with the agents in my company to help them plan for success and realize their goals.

I enjoy working with people. Meeting new people and helping them realize their dreams is a very satisfying part of my business.
