Harrison is an extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional realtor. You can tell he really loves the city and his job. Moving to Baltimore I had no idea where to start and a lot of questions. He answered all my questions in stride, and helped familiarize myself with all of Baltimore to make an informed decision. Super easy to work with. With realtors you worry about them upselling you or having ulterior motives - we came to Harrison with a half dozen houses we were looking at, he got us tours of all of em, we wanted to offer on one and he handled the process wonderfully and stayed in contact through the buying process. Even went above and beyond to get us extra sellers concessions and we ended up with a house beyond our expectations well under market and we went from our first tour to closing in just a month. Never thought it would happen so fast!

And he's cool with having parrots at closing in his office! We couldn't leave my bird in the car after a 2 hour drive in Baltimore summer heat so he got to eat some of Harrison's chips.
