About Harry

Harry is a land and commercial real estate specialist, and provides exceptional support for people with their real estate needs. He has had direct involvement in over $100 million in land and commercial real estate sales and development.

He currently serves as President of Leconte Realty and Managing Partner of Leconte Land Development. Harry has over 25 years of full-time commercial, residential, and land brokerage experience; and has been the project lead on numerous residential and commercial developments. His current projects include the Mill House at Pistol Creek residential condominiums and the William Bennett Scott development located in downtown Maryville.

Harry is among a select group of people in Tennessee to have earned two of the most prestigious industry certifications available: Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Accredited Land Consultant (ALC).

He is a graduate of Rollins College (BA Environmental Science) and Florida State University (BS Finance) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. He has also served on the board for Blount County Habitat for Humanity and is the founder and current Treasurer of the LeConte Realty Foundation. Harry is a graduate of Leadership Blount, Experience Your Smokies, and serves on the Maryville Downtown Design Review Board. He also serves on the board of Foothills Community Development Corporation and is a member of the Townsend Area Volunteer Fire Department.

Harry and his wife, Penny, live in Maryville, Tennessee and are proud parents of 4 children and 2 grandchildren. He is a licensed Charter Boat Captain and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and fishing in and around the Smokies and East Tennessee.
