Look no further if you are buying or selling a home - Hayley is your Realtor! Hayley represented me with both purchasing a piece of undeveloped property and selling my previous home over the course of about 15 months. I was thoroughly impressed with how she handled both transactions, especially how thorough, organized and prompt she was. She is very enjoyable to work with and the experience (while traditionally very stressful) was also a little bit of fun.

When it came to selling my house, she made a very reasonable list of things to touch up prior to listing the home. I am glad I took her recommendation on all of those items because it really helped sell the house very quickly. The photographer she brought in also did a tremendous job at showcasing the home. I was so impressed with how the listing looked. She did a very thorough analysis of what the listing price of my home should be, and it was substantially more than what I expected, and it sold very close to that price. The house closed in about 40 days after listing which was incredible in late-2023.

I can honestly say that Hayley's professional skills as a Realtor got me top dollar for my home, and I can't thank her enough. She's also very enjoyable to work with during the entire process. I give her my highest recommendation and would connect her with any friends or family that are thinking about buying or selling a home.

Hayley is awesome! She is always responding, hard working and professional. No matter what kind of house you're looking for, she knows metro Columbia market so well, she can find it for you. And most importantly, she always put clients first. My closing had some hiccups that caused delay. She was actively following up and communicating with lender, seller's agent and attorney, and finally made the closing happened. I appreciate her help very much and highly recommend her!

Hayley is a seasoned pro!! It was a white glove experience start to finish, where I had full confidence that everything was happening that needed to happen. In this seller's market, it's a struggle for buyer's to not feel their just having to outbid & overpay to get a home. Hayley's pulse on the market allowed us to quickly secure a diamond in the rough with lake views.

Hayley's communication between all parties involved was exceptional. Her responsiveness was immediate and always on point. There was a lot going on with the holidays and life, with a short fuss to get my home closed. Hayley seamlessly quarterbacked this unique home and renovation loan all the way home.
