Mr. Hendry received his MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1990 and is a State-Certified General Appraiser in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, North Carolina, Maryland, Colorado, California, Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Alabama, Ohio, Oregon and Michigan. He has completed the requirements under the continuing education program of the Appraisal Institute. The company has continued to grow to one of the largest commercial appraisal firms in the Southeastern United States. We also have offices in New York, Colorado, California and North Carolina.

Mr. Hendry has extensive experience appraising a variety of special purpose properties including restaurants, funeral homes, schools, golf courses, car washes and medical related facilities. Their experience also includes market studies, discount cash flow analysis, leasehold and leased fee interests, highest and best use studies, investments analysis, feasibility analysis, consultation and litigation support.
