Heath Clark

Heath Clark has over 20 years of comprehensive commercial real estate experience, including office, retail and industrial real estate management. With extensive real estate experience in a wide variety of property and tenant types spanning over 6 million square feet, Heath oversees all asset and property management functions at UTR. Heath graduated from the University of Missouri in St. Louis with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and a M.B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from California State University - Fullerton. He obtained his Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). Heath currently holds an active California Real Estate Brokers License and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
