Heather is a Portland native who grew up in the Grant Park neighborhood on the Eastside of town. She has lived in both the Eastside and Westside neighborhoods in Oregon over the years, and has a firsthand knowledge of Portland, as well as many of the surrounding areas. She moved to the Vancouver area in 2016 and currently lives in the Five Corners/Orchards area. Throughout her years as a real estate broker, Heather has worked with many first time home buyers (which she loves), land sales, condo sales, single family homes, town homes, and in just about all the surrounding areas.
Heather has a passion for working with families, investors, and single mothers, as she truly enjoys seeing individuals build wealth through real estate. Heather has a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems, which provides sellers with a technology edge, as well as understanding of current market conditions. Heather has never had an expired listing and her listings sell on average for 2% more than other agents in town and in less than 25 days.
Heather has been a full time Realtor since 2006, with over billions in sales, and extremely high customer satisfaction. She has been recognized since 2012, by The Portland Monthly Magazine as a Five Star Agent (top 5% of agents in the Portland area-based on customer satisfaction, not just production).
Heather enjoys getting outdoors as often as possible, and some of her favorite activities are hiking and skiing, as well as Zumba and Latin dancing. She loves spending time with her husband and children, as well as taking short trips to the mountain and beach as often as possible.
