About Heather
With experience in North Georgia and Western North Carolina real estate, Heather Byers has built her reputation on loyalty, genuine care, and deep knowledge of the mountain market. A lifelong “people person” shaped by her upbringing as a Marine's daughter, Heather learned early how to adapt, connect, and create community wherever she went. That military background, combined with years of experience helping families navigate big moves, gives her clients a trusted guide through one of life’s most important transitions.
Her business is built on strong relationships, referrals, and her ability to navigate conversations with professionalism and heart. Whether marketing a lakefront luxury property, a tucked-away cabin, or a first home, she brings a strategic eye, strong market knowledge, and a commitment to making the process seamless.
Heather has called the mountains home for 30 years and works with clients throughout North Georgia and Western North Carolina. Her love for the area runs deep, whether enjoying the lake, exploring the outdoors, or connecting with the charming community.
Outside of real estate, Heather is devoted to her husband, a Marine veteran and longtime high school coach and teacher, and their close-knit family. They are proud parents of two grown children: their son, who is married and serves in the Army, and he and his wife, who holds a degree in Integrated Health Science, are expecting the first grandchild. Their daughter is completing her degree in clinical psychology with a goal to work with Veterans and their families, while her husband works as a pilot. Faith, family, and service guide Heather’s life, while her love for DIY projects and design continues to inspire her work in real estate.
