I really felt she had our back and our best interests with the house we purchased. It became easy to trust her guidance and advices. She was very accommodating as I use texts and emails to communicate. I highly recommend having her work with you when you are looking for a house. 👍

Heather was so helpful in knowing how best to help us sell our parent's Condo. She helped our family come up with a plan on what needed to happen in every step. She really listened to our ideas, feelings, and thoughts. She gently guided us to the best solutions for our family. She also was there to help us navigate through some challenges we faced.

Heather is absolutely the best and I could not recommend her enough! It is hard to capture in words how much she meant to us. As first time home buyers in this crazy market, it was a blessing to have her in our corner. From day one it was clear Heather was committed to making sure we not only we got a house, but that we got the RIGHT house for us. Heather never pressured us and was committed to supporting us while educating us on the market and the home buying process. She was incredibly responsive, communicative, and ensured we were getting into houses as soon as they were listed. Heather went above and beyond to get us into houses, even with out complicated work schedules. She is a great listener and takes into account your preferences and remembers the small details of you are looking for. She also provided great perspective and helped us consider not only the benefits but also compromises of each house we toured. We were able to consider things we would not have noticed on our own. She was strategic and knowledgeable when helping us put together our offer letter, and ensured we stood out. Even after our offer was accepted, she continued to support us every step of the way. She also recommended to us an excellent team of lawyer and loan officer which made the process seamless. From our first phone call to closing day, Heather was always there for us. I would recommend Heather to any family member or friend looking for a home. I wish we could buy a second home just to continue working with her! Heather was a fantastic real estate agent. She was diligent, super responsive at all times, and went above and beyond to make appointments happen. She was also extremely helpful as first time buyers, always taking the time to talk us through trade offs, pointing out home features and potential concerns we might otherwise miss, sharing her expertise but never pressuring a decision either way. Heather made us feel fully informed making such a big decision and was very helpful in providing the market context and comps to feel confident in our decision. We hope to work with Heather again and recommend 11/10 to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, and fantastic all-around agent on the CT shoreline!

Heather was instrumental in helping us purchase a home in Guildford, while living on the West coast AND dealing with COVID travel restrictions! The market was competitive and we couldn’t travel, but Heather was so amazing in helping us locate and find a place seen only on FaceTime! There was a lot of uncharted territory signing e-documents etc during Covid, but Heather and her team made it work. We are very happy with our home. :). The other plus is she has been in the area for so long, if we are in need of other services she gives us lists of recommendations. Heather is top notch. Would give her 10 stars if i could!

Heather’s professionalism and knowledge of the business is outstanding. Her insight with potential problems with homes in the area was invaluable. I am a challenge, but Heather was patient and non judgmental. She has an amazing network and suggested an equally talented, knowledgeable, and responsive real estate attorney.
