I would highly recommended to those buying or selling property to work with Heather. Throughout the entire process, she has followed up at each step, explained everything, reviewed everything, and anything else that will help put you at ease to know that you are taken care of. Being a first time homebuyer is a daunting task but Heather guided my wife and I through the process and we closed on our first home yesterday! Thank you Heather!

I have had about 7 real estate agent experiences in my lifetime. They always start out with we are here for you. We will get you this and that. Then about 1 month later they do not return phone calls. They are doing nothing to sell our home or assist in buying a home. There is one excuse after another. My first interaction with Heather, I called her about one of her listings. She was very nice and professional in her presentation about property. She wanted to know what we were looking for. When I explained to her, she informed that this property would not suit our needs. Ah....an honest real estate agent! She informed me she would Email new listings. That Friday I called her and informed her i found a listing I like. She set up appointment for our friends who reside in Jackson to see it the next day. Our friends liked Heather and felt confident that she was a professional and could be trusted.
To make long story short...we purchased the home. Heather was able to negotiate a lower price. She shared concerns about roof.
Heather returned my calls immediately. She texted daily to inform where we were in process. She and my friend found a hole in closet. Heather had it patched up immediately. For first time in ever...buying this house was a very
pleasant experience.
When I move to Jackson, I will recommend Heather to others. She is an advocate and the best.
