Heather was recommended to us and it was the best recommendation ever! From day one she was extremely thoughtful about our dogs and us, she was very detailed oriented with the whole selling process, mainly with our outdoor mats that said Cover Charge Tacos and Tequila, with that she design a sign that said Free Tacos with purchase of House. The creativity, knowledge, professionalism, and corkiness helped us sell our house in 3 days over asking price. Heather cared about us and made sure she explained the whole process of selling the house and kept track of everything. She was awesome and definitely recommend her

Heather helped me from the moment I was at the showing to the final processes and represented my interests as best she could in the purchase of my home. Her response time was amazing and she would answer my calls or texts weekends or nights. Her down to earth mentality was a perfect fit for a young home purchaser such as myself and we secured a VA home loan which was critical in my home purchase. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the future!

Heather did such a fantastic job selling our home. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She walked through our house, room by room, and made specific suggestions for what we could do to help our house show well. She took the time to explain the entire process and worked closely with us and always answered our questions quickly. Thanks to her hard work, enthusiasm, diligence and professionalism and her excellent suggestions, our house sold in LESS THAN TWO DAYS! And this was all during a pandemic! She also helped us purchase our dream house on a lake just as quickly at that same time. Heather worked well with the other realtors and the seller and our buyer to make the process run smoothly. She always kept us up to date on what was happening. She recommended a mortgage lender who offered us an even better rate for our new mortgage than we had with our previous lender for the last 13 years! If you want to sell and/or buy a home, I’d highly recommend Heather. She’s just amazing!

I had the best experience with Heather Dell’Aera. Selling or buying can be such a stressful time. There were times when I was overwhelmed and Heather would just say “I got you” and I knew she did. She was on top of every part of the sale of my house she had great communication with the other agent the whole time. Heather hired the best photographers to take the most amazing pictures of my house to showcase all it’s beauty. She gave great advice and wrote up a perfect summery for our listing. I believe it is because of this that my house sold so quickly and for over asking price. I have highly recommended Heather to many of my friends and I will continue to do so. If you are looking to sell or buy and need an agent, look no further. Heather is your gal. You won’t be sorry.
