Heather is a passionate real estate advocate and devoted broker with a strong sense of responsibility to her clients and is dedicated to their best interests. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Heather had a career in the aviation industry, but during the sale of her personal home Heather observed that her enthusiasm and professional expectations far exceeded those of the real estate agents involved. So, in 2010 Heather decided to make her passion for real estate a career. She saw an opportunity where she could set herself apart by delivering a more service-minded experience, where communication, knowledge, integrity, and commitment to the client’s best interests are at the forefront. Heather approaches every client's home sale or search as if it were her own: She works as hard, focuses as much on the details, and is as invested in the process as if it were her own family's deal. Her philosophy is that real estate is not a transaction business, but rather, a relationship business, that is built on trust, knowledge, communication, and superior service, before, during, and after the closing. Heather attended Florida State University, earning a degree in International Relations and Spanish. After college, she joined the Air Force Reserve and also worked for an airline based in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to her passion for real estate, she is also passionate about children’s issues. She is an advocate for abused and neglected children, has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), a foster parent, and volunteered in the Children’s Rehabilitation Center (CHOA). She also serves on the Board of Directors for a local nonprofit focused on combating Human Trafficking.
