I’m Heather Guinn, a REALTOR® and Real Estate Advisor with Keller Williams Greater Athens. My real estate career began in 2006 behind the scenes in title and escrow, including work as a Real Estate Title Abstractor, Licensed Title Insurance Agent, and Escrow Officer before becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2019. That experience gave me a unique understanding of the details that happen long before—and all the way through—the closing table.
Today, I help buyers, sellers, and property owners throughout the Greater Athens area, including Athens, Bogart, Watkinsville, Statham, and surrounding Northeast Georgia communities. Much of my experience has centered around buyer representation, residential properties, land and acreage, while my broader real estate background allows me to assist with a variety of transactions, including select commercial properties and more complex situations.

My years in title, escrow, and real estate have taught me that no two properties—and no two transactions—are exactly alike. I don't believe my job is simply to open doors or put a sign in a yard. It's to help you recognize potential challenges, ask the right questions, connect with the right resources, and make informed decisions throughout the process.
