About Heather

Some people collect coins, comic books, or wine. Heather Imig collects houses. She and her Army husband have owned more than twenty homes over the last decade. Since buying her first home in Massachusetts at the age of twenty-three, Heather has been hooked on short-term rentals and flipping homes as an income strategy. The longtime Gig Harbor resident, and mom of two jokes that it is an expensive hobby, but it is also proved to be an extremely profitable one. Now her ultimate passion is helping others buy and sell their most lucrative assets. She promised herself she would never “wish for Friday again” and truthfully, she loves her job so much she is managed to do just that.

A fierce negotiator, Heather is on a mission to get you top dollar for your home or help you get the best deal possible on your dream home. She solemnly swears: She will do her best to always answer the phone when you call, and she will never let you make a bad investment. She and her husband have bought, remodeled, and sold enough homes across the country to know how much things should cost, which comes in very handy when you are buying a fixer-upper or preparing to sell your home.

During the rare moments when she is not working, you might catch a glimpse of Heather trekking through downtown Gig Harbor with her 2-year-old on her back, hiking, or going for a swim in their backyard. Home Goods is her second home and staging homes according to the season is one of her favorite hobbies.

Heather is thrilled to be part of a team of brilliant marketers with access to the latest in technology. She loves boating, swimming, cooking, hiking, and spending time with her husband and two young kiddos.
