Heather believes that choosing your neighborhood is more important than the house. After narrowing in on a particular pocket of town, finding a house is the easy part. Once under contract, Heather is very involved in the rest of the home buying process: financing, inspections, title work, etc. If you have a property to sell before moving, Heather’s marking plan can net you the most money in the fastest time. If you have a home to sell outside of Tampa Bay, Heather can help with finding and working with a great Realtor in your area. After graduating from the University of South Florida, Heather set off to Hollywood. During her time in LA, she was a successful commercial actress who never had to wait tables. After a few years, she came back home to Tampa with her family and followed in her dad’s footsteps as a realtor.
